Payment Terms

Thank you for choosing Ample Websol for your service needs. Please review the following payment terms and conditions:

1. Advance Payment:
   • You are required to pay the discussed amount in advance to confirm your order. We will not initiate the delivery of your product/services until we receive the full and final payment.
2. Goods and Services Tax (GST):
   • An additional 18% GST will be applicable on the total invoice amount, as per the government norms.
3. Payment Installments/EMI:
   • If payment installments or EMI options are mentioned in the quotation, we will require Post Dated Cheques (PDCs) against the agreed installments. Our services will commence only after the realization of the PDCs.
4. Purchase Order (PO):
   • We will initiate our services only after the acknowledgment of your Purchase Order (PO).
5. Third-Party Payments:
   • Any payments to third-party service providers (if applicable) must be made directly to them. Ample Websol will not be responsible for these transactions.
6. Refund Policy:
   • No refund will be initiated once the project is on board. All rights reserved for a refund lie with Ample Websol only.
